When shopping around for a bed, you have plenty of options to choose from: divans, storage beds, and bedsteads, to name a few. Apart from choosing the type, you also need to find one with the appropriate size without sacrificing comfort. For example, if you have a small bedroom, you can purchase a single bed that is usually around 2.6 feet wide and 6.3 feet long. If you have a studio-type apartment with a few furnishings, then you can buy a double-sized bed that is around 4 feet wide and 6.3 feet long. What is important is that you fit in the bed and that you will not fall off it when you change sleeping positions.
